Our return policy is designed to accommodate EXCHANGES and STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the purchase arrival. To be eligible, the merchandise must maintain its original condition, with intact tags (attached as sent, unripped) and packaging as it was sent, and must not have undergone washing, wearing, and/or alterations.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items are non-exchangeable, including caps, jewelry, felt hats, straw hats, and accessories (due to hygienic purposes).
It is crucial to emphasize that we do not provide refunds. However, we offer the alternative of store credit or an exchange for an item of equivalent value to the initially purchased product. Store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card. Upon reaching out to us regarding an exchange or store credit, detailed instructions on our exchange process will be promptly provided.
Concerning boots, they may qualify for exchange or be eligible for store credit solely if the soles and the boot are in pristine, new condition, with no scratches. We recommend trying on boots in carpeted areas to ensure an accurate fit without causing any damage to the soles.
When initiating an exchange with El Charro Western Wear, we would like to inform our valued customers about our return shipping policy. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to and from our store in the event of an exchange.
